Wrapping Up 2025 With Gratitude and Looking Ahead to 2026

As we close out 2025, I wanted to take a moment to pause and reflect. The year went fast, and for many people in Portland Metro and Southwest Washington, it was a year of movement, questions, and big decisions.

Some of you bought or sold a home. Some explored new possibilities or checked in to talk through ideas for the future. Others simply stayed connected, and that matters just as much. Every conversation, update, and check-in is truly appreciated.

Helping people navigate real estate decisions, plan ahead, and celebrate wins is one of the reasons I enjoy this work so much. It’s never just about a transaction. It’s about relationships, trust, and being available when questions come up, whether that’s now or months down the road.

As we head into the holiday season, my hope is that you get a real break. Time to breathe, recharge, and spend time with the people and moments that matter most. The market will still be here, and so will I.
